To report a user for inappropriate behavior, such as offensive chat messages or unauthorized product listings, you can do so via Chat or the shop page by following the steps below:

Reporting a user via Chat

Select the Chat icon > Select the user you would like to report > Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner > Click View Profile > Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner > Select Report this user

Reporting a user via shop page

Go to the user shop page > Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner > Select Report this user > Select your reason for reporting the user > Fill in your report description and supporting image > Select Report

• We may contact you if we require further evidence.
• There is no specific time frame for action to be taken on the reported user.
• We will not disclose any information regarding actions taken to any party.
